WELCOME TO DAY 2 OF THE QUEER CRAWL!

What a glorious day it was for Day 1 of the Queer Crawl! The Chisago Lakes Pride Festival had a perfect new setting in Paradise Park on the shores of Chisago Lake. Community groups and small businesses lined the pathway under the trees. We ran into dear Val Mondor in the J. Francis Soap Co. booth.

We stopped in Osceola to check out the event at the Philadelphia Community Farm,

and visited two new stops on the Queer Crawl: The Looking Glass and River Stone Books, which recently opened in town.

Look under “Where to Crawl” to find the over 100 businesses and organizations participating broken out by area, and be sure to pick up your Queer Crawl button that provides you with discounts and special offers at participating stops.

Be sure to check out the “Festivals and Events” link for a calendar of upcoming events with times. There are so many fun things to do, you will definitely want to keep checking back as we continue to add new sites and events.
