Lolito Cantina offers an exceptional dining experience that highlights the vibrant, bold flavors of Southern Mexico and Latin America with a gourmet, chef-driven approach. Our culinary inspiration draws from the rich diversity found in coastal towns and rugged mountain cities alike.
We prioritize locality, freshness, sustainability, and healthiness in every dish we create. Our kitchen utilizes organic heirloom masa, small farm Oaxacan black beans, organic cane sugar, and organic flours, among many other nutritious ingredients. Committed to being a seed oil-free kitchen, we exclusively cook with organic coconut oil, avocado oil, and olive oil.
We maintain a strong commitment to sourcing humanely raised and antibiotic-free meats and seafood, working closely with small local farmers and craftspeople. This dedication enables us to offer the highest quality products while showcasing the excellence of their craft. Our valued partnerships include Rising Sun Farm, C&S Gardens, Axdahl’s Garden Farm, 14 Spice, Tiny Smith Garden, and Pleasant Valley Amish Farm.
