DESCRIPTION:For over 20 years\, I served as an Army Reserve combat engineer\, designing bridges around the world and eventually retiring as a Sergeant Major. In my civilian life\, I spent decades as a technologist — most recently as a principal solutions architect innovating for universities and governments. \n\n\n\nWhat started as a pandemic hobby quickly became an obsession with flavor\, precision\, and the art of turning chocolate into joy. Inspired by St. Croix Chocolate founder Robyn Dochterman\, I went all in — experimenting in my kitchen under a cottage license\, then moving to commercial kitchens\, launching the Minnesota Chocolate Lab\, crafting small-batch collections\, and even teaching at Cooks of Crocus Hill. \n\n\n\nNow\, my chocolates walk the line between precision and play — polished pieces with a touch of mischief.  \n\n\n\nEvery bite tells a story\, and I can’t wait for you to taste it.
