My massage style is deep and effective\, while still focusing on relaxation in order to truly facilitate healing. The intent is for you to feel more connected to your body and better able to recognize the structural patterns that inhibit you from feeling your best.  \n\n\n\n\nI specialize in swedish\, myofascial release\, deep tissue\, sports massage\, and prenatal work. I am currently working on my doctorate of chiropractic from Northwestern Health Sciences University.

Inspired by St. Croix Chocolate founder Robyn Dochterman\, I went all in — experimenting in my kitchen under a cottage license\, then moving to commercial kitchens\, launching the Minnesota Chocolate Lab\, crafting small-batch collections\, and even teaching at Cooks of Crocus Hill. \n\n\n\nNow\, my chocolates walk the line between precision and play — polished pieces with a touch of mischief.  \n\n\n\nEvery bite tells a story\, and I can’t wait for you to taste it.
